For rig safety always test your Lead clip is functioning correctly and it is correctly and it is discharging the lead before the swivel releases.

If the swivel releases from the Lead Clip first the Tail Rubber may be too tight. Try setting the Tail Rubber more loosely so that the lead is ejected more easily to prevent the lead from snagging.
